EANGUS Area 1 Caucus Meeting

Area 1  will be having its Caucus meeting on 22-23 November 2014

Arrangements for the meeting have been made by the

Massachusetts National Guard Assn (MNGEA)at The:

Reservations to the Hotel by Individual Call-in . Rooms are $96.00 a night single or Double.

When you call in for reservations tell them you are attending:

                  The Massachusetts National Guard Enlisted Association Event

 I will be arriving on Afternoon of 21 November after 1500. We plan to have a social hour for you who are arriving on Friday .

We would appreciate it if you have a Sponsor who may be willing to assist in proving this social Activity.

                  Our meeting will start at 0830 Saturday . We have a sponsor for our Luncheon on Saturday. Our meeting will last till 1600 Saturday and reconvene Sunday AM if necessary. We will have agenda completed after your Directors return from The EANGUS Executive Council Meeting October 12.
