Because of the shortage of black granite, dark gray brick, a whapping price increase beond our control, we need to raise $12,000 to complete the mission of the third walkway, POW-MIA monument, battlefield cross with black granite base and bronze plaque, two new flag poles, etc.
We have all winter to work on this. Any group looking to do a fundraiser, please contact me. I’m here to help. We have plenty of room for more bricks. These will not be placed in until late spring 2022.
Could I cut the cost? Yes. But that will cut the look of the monument and I will not do that. Once we have the funds, we will make it happen.
