Bill Palifka is a distinguished US Army Veteran and the newly appointed Executive Director of the National Guard Association of Connecticut (NGACT), bringing a bold, mission-driven vision to unite, support, and advocate for the Guard community across the state. In this role, Bill is focused on modernizing member engagement, strengthening organizational partnerships, and building impactful programs that serve both currently serving members and veterans. With a deep belief in the power of connection and service, he is focused on helping NGACT’s charge to become a force multiplier for the National Guard community—amplifying their voice, providing valuable resources, and honoring the sacrifice of those who serve. Bill is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Cymonix, a company at the forefront of the data revolution. Cymonix is an Enterprise AI software provider that developed CymonixIQ+, a next-generation platform designed to help organizations unlock the full potential of their data. CymonixIQ+ empowers every employee, regardless of technical background, to make informed decisions through configurable workbenches, data remapping tools, an enterprise chatbot named Izzy, and intuitive insight visualization tools, ensuring secure, trustworthy AI across the enterprise. A visionary leader with over two decades of experience, Bill has played a pivotal role in four successful startups and led high-impact technology initiatives across sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, and Fortune-100 companies. His passion for innovation and service continues to guide his work at NGACT, where he’s committed to helping the next generation of National Guard members thrive.
