LTC (Ret) Anthony Kalkus
We regretfully announce the passing of LTC (Ret) Anthony Kalkus who was a member of the 43rd Brigade as an Infantry Officer. He also served with the 85th Troop Command, and retired in the mid-1990s.
If you hear a volley of guns firing above Clocktower Hill in Rome, Georgia, in the near future, don’t bother to call the police because the man responsible for disturbing the peace is officer Lieutenant and LTC (RET) Anthony (Tony) John Kalkus, 83, of the Connecticut State Police and The Connecticut Army National Guard.
